We had a fabulous class led by Shannon on Saturday. We used the Cuttlebug to deboss and added Glitter Ritz on a cute lady bug card. We used a Thomas Kinkade stamp to make a gorgeous rose card. We made a 3-D flower card from an E.K. Success scalloped circle punch. Fun was had by all! Keep checking our website for upcoming fall classes! Did you know~when you take a class at Classic you receive 15% OFF your purchases that day?allocc1

Art Glitter Glass Beads

Written by fraservaclassic on . Posted in Uncategorized

We just received Art Glitter Institute Glass Beads in the store and it was my job to create this butterfly to show you the new product.  It was a tad time consuming but worth it in the end.

Quick instructions:  The underneath butterfly outline was glittered and the top was heat embossed.  Use “dries clear” glue with a fine tip.  To ensure that you have no white spaces showing after the glue dries, color your butterfly in with Tombow markers or Copic markers.  Start from the outside edge with the glue and beads.  Blend colors together as desired.  Sprinkle same color glitter over beads to cover excess glue (not shown).  Allow to dry, cut out butterfly and adhere to card.

Product used on card:  Magenta “Vintage Letter” Stamp, Bazzill Paper, Tim Holtz Distress Embossing Powder by Ranger, Ranger Arcival Ink ‘Coffee’, Gold Tinsel Embossing Powder, May Arts ribbon, Bo-Bunny Splendor Paisley paper, “Brown Paper Bag” paper.
